Solution
Go to web site and enter your server IP:
http://www.spamhelp.org/shopenrelay/shopenrelaytest.php
OR
http://psbl.surriel.com/listing?ip=72.22.86.140&list=PSBL+list+query
If it shows an open relay your server vulnerable for SPAM and it will be blocked
